The Community Homeless Network Inc. is a planning committee with the objective to help develop, guide and provide tools and services that will support the efforts of sponsors and promoters in their quest to find solutions in caring for the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless in the region and surrounding communities.

The Community Homeless Network Inc. is a not-for-profit organization with the purpose of giving hope for a future and will provide housing and outreach services to unfortunate people in our community. The Community Homeless Network Inc. provides two basic services to homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless in the Chaleur area:
1. The first service is giving the homeless and temporary homeless a safe, warm and dry place to eat and sleep. Also, it will give them a temporary address, which allow them to apply for income assistance programs.
2. The second service is providing Outreach services to the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless in the area. Outreach workers will be working closely with the residents of the shelter and will monitor their improvements on a weekly basis. The Outreach workers will provide them the necessary tools and work with them so they can successfully integrate themselves back into the community. |
