Japan Pocket was originally created to satisfy the creative juices of Ayako Kenny. After marrying a Canadian and physically moving to Canada, Ayako wanted to do something to keep busy. With over 20 years of experience creating Japanese Calligraphy (Privately studying for 3 years under the guidance of an experienced Shodo master), Ayako gained the skills necessary for creating quality works of art. She also enjoys explaining the details of each individual Kanji character.
With a distribution system already in place, Japan Pocket has since expanded to include Imported Japanese Product which are of interest to the international community.
With the help of her husband who is an avid coin collection and antique buff, Japan Pocket hopes to satify the specific needs of each customer.
