Since some of our products and services are customized we require complete payment before we create & ship your order out. Once we receive payment we will begin
to create the custom calligraphy work you requested.

P A Y M E N T M E T H O D
1. In person if possible.

2. Once we confirm your order and have agreed on the details of any customized works of art we will send you an invoice via e-mail. Simply follow the links and make your payment through Paypal's secure
payment page. Paypal is the most popular way to pay on-line. The
system allows you to pay using your credit card or your PayPal balance.
3. Canadian Dollars. Since the majority of our customers are from Canada we do accept cash, however we are not responsible if the
money is lost in the mail. To be safe be sure to double up on the envelop. You do not need exact change and we recommend not
sending coins. We will send your change back with your shipment.
S H I P P I N G I N F O R M A T I O N
Most artwork orders are ready to ship within 5-10 days from date of payment.
We will supply you with a shipping cost quote after we receive your order. The shipping fee will be based on size and weight for domestic shipping with Priority mail. Priority mail is our standard method of shipping but depending on the order, urgency of delivery, and size our shipping method might change. We will always try to find the most cost effective ways of shipping for our customers and at the same time provide adequate protection and timely delivery of the artwork. We will let you know what the cost is before you confirm your order.
