Massage therapy is a hands on application of a number of techniques on soft tissue with the goal of promoting full body well being. Massage has an effect on skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and other connective tissues (also referred to as soft tissue). It improves nutrition to tissues and increases circulation. This therapy has psychological as well as a physical effect on the body therefore it greatly reduces the effects of stress.

Johanne and Beth are graduates from Kine Concepts Massage Therapy School Maritimes Inc., which represents 2500 accredited hours of formal and hands-on Massage Therapy training for each therapist.
They specialize in Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, Hydrotherapy, Geriatric massage and Chair Massage.
Both therapists are also accredited members of the Association of NB Massage Therapies.
